UK first edition, first printing - large format paperback (no hardback issued) with French flaps. Signed and remarqued by the artist Dave McKean.
This copy appears read - there is some creasing to the spine. There are some small indentations to the front (5 light parallel lines about 2 inches long) the top front corner has a small crease, and pages 73.75 and 77 have a small dog-ear. Some light marks to the text block also, but this is in otherwise great condition.
